The Reed City Public Library will be having a wine tasting and silent auction to raise support the New Library Project. Hosted by the Reed City Loyal Order of the Moose at 200 N. Roth St. in Reed City, MI. A donation of $15 for a ticket ($20 at the door) includes (8) 1-2 oz. wine samples of your choice, including several Michigan selections. Enjoy your wine samples as you view/bid on our silent auction items. *Auction items will be available for bidding the week prior to the event. Mon.-Thurs. at the Library and Fri.-Sat at the Moose. Tickets are available at the Library or the Moose.
Big Jackson Great Readiness Program has a limited amount of spots left for their small size variety class! In these classes, children will practice several different activities including, but not limited to: letters, sound connections, math and science. All enrolled in the program will work on social skills through play activities, and will leave prepared for kindergarten at Big Jackson School. Program Hours are, Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-2:45pm. Saturday, February 8th from 7 to midnight there will be a Winterfest Casino Night 2014 at the St. Ann Gym & Parish Hall in Cadillac, MI. Tickets are for sale at the parish and school offices & at the Scrip table.
