Angel Ride 2015

The Angels of Action is holding their 4th Annual Angel Ride on Saturday, September 26th. The ride starts at 8:30am at Northend Riverside Park. $195.00 feeds one child for AN ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR. The ride will be on the all-paved White Pine Trail and will have flexible start time. There will be prizes and food, and the event will be family friendly with all ages welcome! Morton Township Library Champagne & Chocolate Gala

The Morton Township Library invites you to attend their annual Champagne & Chocolate Gala. The Gala will be held Friday, September 25, 2015 at 7 pm at the Morton Township Library Community Room in Mecosta, MI. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door and are available at the Library, from committee members, and Flair for Hair in Canadian Lakes Plaza. Activities on tap for the evening are a silent and live auction and a 50/50 raffle. Auction services provided by Dennis Wolfe. The highlight of the evening will be the sparkling champagne, mimosas, sparkling grape juice, and specialty chocolates available while you shop. Dulcimer music will be provided by Jim and Linda Peek of Big Rapids with Janet Mallet on keyboard. Limited seating is available. All proceeds of this event go to supplement the book collection and services provided by Morton Township Library. This is a major fundraiser for the library and should be a festive evening for all.
