The Mecosta County Rod and Gun Club will be sponsoring a .22 caliber rimfire egg shoot on Sunday, October 18th with the range open at 10 AM for practice and 11 AM registration and the shoot begins at noon. Only .22 short, long, or long rifle chambering's allowed. There will be two classes, factory (US made) and open (any .22 custom or non US made rifle). Any forearm rest may be used and you cannot use a rest on the buttstock. Any power scope or sight may be used. The rules will be posted at the Club. Cost is $5 for 10 eggs. Prizes will be awarded for the highest scores. This is really a fun event. Dust off your squirrel rifle and join us. Food will be available at the range.
